#Working from Cashier to Store developer

               # from a Cashier to Store Developer😎

Working as a cashier is always been a tedious job, when it comes to living in the United States, having groomed in different cultures especially in the Asian Continent, like Pakistan and India.

Having raised in a different culture, and immigrated to different space of culture, always ensues great concerns in all aspects of a particular personality. However, for the sake of, family and survival, every immigrant tends to adept at accepting instant changes with respect to the norms and culture in a newly settled region. Despite the fact, the common and natural behavior found in one culture always be different in other cultures due to obvious reasons.

I landed in the US back in 2015, for me, it was way tough to get used to of common response when people come into an interaction with each other. I didn't have any option, rather working at a grocery store as a cashier as everyone does the same when they immigrated to the US from my back home. That was a pinched line, I used to get when it comes to DESI people like me. I acknowledged as a Brown man in the United States, People around me have a different set of perceptions for Asians.

However, despite having internal disapprovals of doing the same job, I reluctantly started working there, with a passage of time, I enforced my self to get used to it. Besides that, I kept my sight for better jobs, reading newspapers, surfing google, and visiting different business places with respect to my field of education, but I faced rejections every time, it was very tough in those times to get out of the zone of hopelessness to be an optimist.

Hence, to support family, either way, I had to do something rather than walking empty pockets. I had hard times dealing with rude and arrogant customers, but gradually down the hill, things started tuned in and out, and I made some bold decisions in life to achieve something big, Though my field of education was different instead, having some mentors, good people around me luckily I put my self to have strong faith on Almighty Allah. I battled down the hill.

With the passage of time, building an experience to tackle critical situations and reading customer's behaviors, and walking in their shoes, bolstered me to don't give up, and withstand in tough times, keep learning.

Once, I got up on my feet, I started working part-time at other Gas stations to make some extra money for me, and my family. Ground to (2) years of experience, Finally, I got hired at Sunoco Gas station, where I learned a lot of other things, got accustomed to getting an insight into how a particular store runs.

Today, I am feeling such a prestigious errand to write blog on Sunoco, Well known oil-gas company deeply rooted in the UNITED STATES, exhibiting 5,000 GAS stations across 30 states, began with a small oil-based company in Pittsburgh,(P.A) around,1870's.

With consistent, and never-ending endeavors, soon, as history mentioned, coming from sun oil to become a World-leading Oil and gas company named Sunoco, in 2004 it was well recognized to be the NASCAR-official fuel, and its grade 93# had started been using in World Nascar motor racing.

It's all matters to you, how you take your job and own your responsibilities by heart, If you don't feel the honor to work at any place, you would end up your day learn nothing.

It's my personal experience get my heart and brain on one page, soon I did it successfully, I found myself wondering of different ways to increase sales through building better customer service with genuine smile and patience. Though a smile is contagious, People coming from different walks of life, facing distinct troubles down the hill show up differently, and unanticipatedly.

Furthermore, maintaining store in cleanliness, and obey all sanitary requirements, make customers enticed, and happy towards store products. Here is a short video description to where I work, and how I maintain my store as follows:

I have been working at this Gas station (Sunoco), for more than (3)years, and My employer is more than satisfied, and happy to keep me on-board with him.
